[교수학습개발원 원격교육센터 ｜ 블랙보드 코스(교과목) 비활성화에 따른 안내]

안녕하십니까,
고려대학교 교수학습개발원 원격교육센터입니다.
어제(10일) 16시 30분부터 일시적으로 블랙보드의 코스가 비활성화되는 현상이 발행하였으며, 16시 35분에 이 상황을 인지하고 바로 작업을 시작하였습니다.
작업이 완료된 18시 40분부터 블랙보드 내 모든 코스가 활성화되어, 현재는 정상적으로 운영되고 있습니다.
관련하여 원격교육센터는 모니터링을 진행하고 있습니다.
다시 한 번, 본 상황에 대하여 불편함을 겪었을 본교의 구성원분들께 죄송하다는 말씀을 드립니다.
향후 동일한 상황이 발생하지 않도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

Dear all KU members,
This is the Distance Learning Center of CTL.
Starting from 16:30, all the blackboard course was temporarily deactivated. As soon as recognizing the inactivation issue at that time, our team started restoring them right away.
From 18:40 when the resolving process was completed, all the courses on the blackboard had been activated and are now appearing normally, and we also have been continuously monitoring the system.
We will do our best to ensure that the same situation does not occur in the future.
