[교수학습개발원 원격교육센터 ｜ 블랙보드 코스(교과목) 비활성화에 따른 안내]

안녕하십니까,
고려대학교 교수학습개발원 원격교육센터입니다.
어제(10일) 16시 30분부터 일시적으로 블랙보드의 코스가 비활성화되는 현상이 발행하였으며,
16시 35분에 이 상황을 인지하고 바로 작업을 시작하였습니다.
작업이 완료된 18시 40분부터 블랙보드 내 모든 코스가 활성화되어, 현재는 정상적으로 운영되고 있습니다.
관련하여 원격교육센터는 모니터링을 진행하고 있습니다.
교수님들께서는 비활성화 현상이 발생한 시기 (11월 10일 16시 30분부터 18시 40분사이)에 온라인 실시간 수업, 녹화 영상 수업 등 비대면 수업이 있으셨거나,
과제와 시험 등 블랙보드를 통해 정상적으로 참여하지 못한 학생들에게 이번 비활성화 이슈를 고려해주시어 학생들에게 불이익이 없도록 조처해주시기를 부탁드립니다.
다시 한 번, 본 상황에 대하여 불편함을 겪었을 본교의 교원분들께 죄송하다는 말씀을 드립니다.
향후 동일한 상황이 발생하지 않도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

[ the Distance Learning Center, Center for Teaching and Learning ｜ Apologize for course inactivation issue of 9th, November ]
Dear all KU members,
This is the Distance Learning Center of CTL.
Due to the deactivation of the Blackboard course that occurred yesterday, we apologize to all members of Korea University who experienced the inconvenience.
Starting from 16:30, all the Blackboard course was temporarily deactivated. As soon as recognizing the deactivation issue at that time, our team started restoring them right away.
From 18:40 when the resolving process was completed, all the courses on the Blackboard had been activated and are now appearing normally, and we also have been continuously monitoring the system.
If there are students who could not participate in non-face-to-face classes (synchronous and asynchronous classes) or assignments and tests during the period of deactivation (10th, 16:30~18:40),
please consider yesterday’s situation and kindly ask that you take necessary measures so that there is no disadvantage to the students with your understanding.
We will do our best to ensure that the same situation does not occur in the future.
